Year Built:  2021 CotY Award Winner!

Our Client had a big problem. Poor property drainage led to flooding and an unusable backyard space. That’s a terrible reality for a fun loving couple that likes to entertain.

To correct the problem, the existing old detached garage was demolished, and the entire lot was re shaped to fix the water problem. With that problem solved it was then it was time to have some fun. Around the already existing pool, we designed a beautiful outdoor entertaining area complete with everything you could dream of in a summer kitchen, as well as an added firepit area and walk up serving bar. We added a cabana bath and an upstairs retreat for their guest. The motorcycles have their very own special room and the automobiles in the adjacent garage have it pretty good too. This project makes the fifth one we have done for clients that wanted to have a hydraulic car lift for their 4 wheeled toys.
